Who we are

This website is run by Anekiya Group Private Limited, with its headquarters in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh 497001, India. You can write to us at info@anekiyatechnologies.com.

What we collect

We do not run user accounts. When you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you type are sent to our database, which runs on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). Only our team can read it. If the form is unavailable, you can email us instead.

• Your message. If you write to us through the form or by email, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. Through the form we also record which page you sent it from, and when. We use it to reply to you and to run the discussion that follows.
• Job applications. If you apply through the Careers page, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number and profile link, and the message you write. We use it only to consider your application and to contact you about it.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

Cookies and local storage

We set one first-party cookie, called ak_consent, to remember your choices. We also use your browser local storage for your light or dark mode choice. Two optional features run only if you allow them in the choice box on this site:

• Live previews. Our products page shows other websites (SSBusiness.org, Lokvicharnews.in and Hamarutthan.in) inside this page. Those sites may set their own cookies, under their own policies.
• Faster repeat visits. This saves this site's files on your device so the next visit opens quickly. You can switch it off at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

Third-party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google servers and your IP address is visible to them. The Team, News, Offers and Careers pages load their content from our Firebase database, and the contact and application forms send what you type to it, so Google processes that data for us. If you choose to show Instagram posts on the News page, your browser loads them from Instagram, which may set its own cookies. Links to other websites open in a new tab after you confirm. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

How long we keep things

Your cookie choice is kept for one year. Messages you send us, by form or email, are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our business records, then deleted when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can change your cookie choices at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to us. We will reply within a reasonable time. We handle personal data in line with the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it applies to us.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
